Effectiveness:
It is when the drug or medical device does not perform its function for which it was designed and developed, therefore the desired therapeutic effects are not achieved.
Quality:
When the product does not provide satisfaction, because it does not meet the specifications established by the Company and the regulatory entity
How to report?
The report of adverse events (adverse reactions or therapeutic failures), or adverse incidents of our pharmaceutical products must be made through the Suspected Adverse Reaction Form available at the end of this page (fill out the form data)

Recommendations for the report:
+ Report the slightest suspicious that the drug may be a contributing factor depending on the clinical picture of the patient.
+ Report any suspected adverse event, especially SERIOUS adverse events where an association is suspected with the use of the drug or medical device.
+ Report the event if you are not sure that the product caused the event.
+ Do not stop sending the application form due to a lack of some information.
+ The report is considered complete and useful if it contains the following information: Patient data, suspicious drugs and others, description of the suspected event (s), incident (s) and adverse reaction and identification of the reporter.
+ If you request the Suspected Adverse Reaction Form (SRA) from an ECAR Laboratories representative, remember to fill it out in a clear, legible way, without erasures, amendments, or use of correction, uses non-erasable ink and fill in all items.
